I come to Matchbox pretty often for lunch, and I wanted to take a moment to recognize Robert for always providing such great service. He is friendly, attentive, and genuinely makes the dining experience enjoyable. You can tell he takes pride in making sure his customers are taken care of, and that really stands out. Robert is definitely one of those employees who makes you want to keep coming back. Thank you for always being so welcoming and providing excellent service!
Service was horrible both times will not be returning
We stopped by Matchbox Silver Spring and had Abby as our server. My daughter couldn’t decide what she wanted and Abby was so nice helping her choose. She recommended the mini burgers and even explained what came on them before we ordered. She also complimented her hair, which completely made her day. Our food came out smoothly, Abby checked back to make sure everything tasted good, and she made the whole dinner feel really welcoming.
