This place has went downhill majorly! I had high hopes for this location, but they failed us. The service was horrible, constantly ordering drinks and never getting them having to remind the waitress… My Caesar salad that I wanted to start with came out 40 minutes later after other items, even though it was ordered first. I came here for brunch at Matchbox in Silver Spring and had a mixed experience. We had a reservation but were left waiting at the host stand without follow-up. The manager Daniel initially acknowledged me but never returned, then proceeded to seat another guest who arrived after us. By the time someone else stepped in to help, our reservation window had “expired,” which was frustrating since we had been waiting the entire time.
