Super dissapointed. My friend and I stood at the front waiting to be seated for 5 minutes, while being completely ignored by 2 separate servers. Once we were sat we waited there for 15 minutes before being greeted. Our server made eye contact with us and repeatedly walked past our table without acknowledging us many times. Had a great experience overall! The restaurant has a beautiful, modern atmosphere with comfortable seating and a great vibe. The food was delicious and nicely presented. We tried several dishes, including the Asian-style chicken bowl, fish and chips, and chicken parmigiana with pasta and garlic bread. Everything was flavorful and satisfying. The drinks, however, were not as good as expected and could definitely be improved. Overall, the food and atmosphere made the visit enjoyable.
The food is good, the kitchen staff do well. We had a terrible experience with the waiter who never stopped by our table and even the bartender,who we had to ask to make our drinks after the waited if ignored us for 20 minutes, the bartender didn't make our drinks after we asked directly. They weren't very busy there was no reason for the poor service.
Great environment and the food is really good. Loving the salty Fry's and steak sandwich.
I was extremely disappointed with the pizza I ordered at Match Eatery Public House in the casino in North Bay. The "pizza" was nothing like a traditional pizza. Instead of a proper pizza crust, it was served on what tasted like fried naan bread. The tomato sauce tasted like cheap canned tomato paste, and the entire thing was greasy, as though it had been fried in oil.
