The pizza is good by the staff and business is very unorganized.. We always got a pizza and salad ...We wait on the pizza then have to wait for the salad ... I try and get my husband to go get it ,cause it gets on my last nerve.. The lack of organization ..They are getting a new restaurant so I hope they will get better in the bigger place
Let me tell you about customer service that goes way above what is 5 star service. My wife and I order pizza from Mata's quite often. Tonight we had an occasion to be at the emergency room of RMC with a family member. We had been there several hours and decided to order pizza when our family member was called to,go back for treatment. Have had their pizza before, but it was awhile back. Ordered the extra special this evening, and it was delicious!! Yes, I had to wait, even though I called the order in. But, in my opinion, when I see a restaurant that is very busy, and people are lined up waiting for the food, then there is a reason. A lot of people love Mata's and you know it when you get there.
