I take our 2 cats and dog and have always received good service! Any care beyond routine care is explained very well and I am part of the decision-making process.
I will never bring my cat there again took two days to calm her down. I assume they attempted to pull her out of her cat carriage vs undoing the top and gently lifting her. She was so petrified she urinated herself. My cat is so docile she will roll over for a stranger to belly rub her. I have heard from a friend of mine that they had a similar problem with there two dogs being frightened for two days after being there. Take it for what it is worth, they were good to my other cat may she RIP but I assume they have new employ... read more
