Very good Vets.Truly have a love for animals.
I brought my pets to this clinic for 11 years. The first time I actually had an animal that needed special care, they abandoned us. No follow-up, no follow through. If you need a good vet look elsewhere. These people only care about taking your money.
One of the best vet clinics I've ever been to. Friendly staff, Doctors are thorough and extremely caring. Highly recommend.
I have called them 4 times with a request to do routine blood pressure checks on my dog who is under the care of UF Vet Clinic due to his kidney disease-without seeing the vet each time. I have NOT gotten a return call on any of my requests. If they don't want to do it, just tell me. Don't keep telling me that they will call me back and NEVER DO. VERY disappointed.
The staff is always Pleasant and upbeat! I love Dr. Lopez, she treats my dog with such kindness and caring!
We first met our Bo (Bodean) here via Swamp Haven Rescue! Everyone there was in love with Bo and still gives him lots of love at every visit and he remembers them all too! We fostered Bo through heartworm treatment with Matanzas and they took such amazing care of him 🥰
Dr. Nicholas, Dr. Lopez, and the rest of the staff are the best! We have been clients since 2004 and they have seen us through emergencies, yearly checkups, old age, heart disease, kidney disease, and cancer with our furbabies. When the time came to say goodbye to one of our furry family members their compassion was above and beyond.
