Absolutely rude front staff person. We are staying at the mooring ball field and were considering staying here. We had set up picking our rental car from their parking lot to check out the hotel. An older woman came out yelling how I can't pick up a car here, can't get instacart delivered here, and can't use the pool. She rudely pointed and said you only use the laundry facilities and pointed at a building. Keep in mind I had literally not asked for use of any of those facilties.
