Paul and the crew at Matador are great guys, who serve delicious, fresh food, and best homemade salsas and sauces made to order. They just know how to do things the right way, they are all about their regulars and treating them very well, so awesome customer satisfaction!!! They also do as much locally as possible, which I think is great!! And you can't leave Matador without trying one of their four beers they have on tap from a local micro-brewery and if the draft isn't your flavor then they have many bottles in the cooler ... read more
