I really like Matador. It's a chill local place, and great that they have new hours into the evenings. I buy my coffee to brew at home here too. My only complaint is that it can be inconsistent, as any small business competing with a company like Starbucks. I stopped one morning before work, and they weren't open because the person who was supposed to open, over-slept. There is also no guarantee that when I stop for a latte and a fresh pastry, that the homemade muffins/scones will be ready, so I have to find a different brea... read more
