From the front office to the service call I had a great experience with Mat su mechanical. Dante serviced and walked me through my hot water and heating systems and took the time to explain the maintenance schedule and what to pay attention to. Dante was on time, came prepared with all the right items even though they can be hard to get and really went the extra mile. Danté has come to our home a couple of times and each time he has been wonderful to work with. The first time was for our garage heater, which we were prepared to replace. A thorough cleaning restored the heater's output and saved us a larger expense. The next was for a kitchen faucet replacement and again Danté saved the day! When wrapping up the job, he noticed a crack in the nut under our sink. I'd definitely would recommend Mat-Su Mechanical, especially if other technicians are as professional as Danté.
