Had a boiler problem in Anchorage outside of Mat-Su territory. Kevin didn't care and jumped right in to help. Knew my boiler system and helped diagnose over the phone. Made a special trip to the shop to get the part I needed on Saturday. Would you them again if they serviced Anchorage.
From the front office to the service call I had a great experience with Mat su mechanical. Dante serviced and walked me through my hot water and heating systems and took the time to explain the maintenance schedule and what to pay attention to. Dante was on time, came prepared with all the right items even though they can be hard to get and really went the extra mile.
