They seem to be using lettuce in lieu of shiso?? White guy making sushi with a finger cot on...impressive. But the guy out front on the sushi bar, is a talent.
Rainbow gummi tastes like liquid jello. Brilliant!
The spicy iwana maki is not spicy, but it is probably the best sushi I've had in a year.
Amazing chefs, ask for Chef Hasse. Also, get a Happy Gummi.
Get the Tonkatsu curry ramen, SO good
