Hostess didn't even look up to make eye contact or barely acknowledge me, and she was rude on top of that! Waiter didn't ask what brought us in!! Btw it was our anniversary, so it Was supposed to be a special occasion! Food was great as always.. but, we asked for the Brussels sprouts to be extra crispy, and they were extra not crispy. Seafood tower..........UNREAL!!! Unbelievably great food.
Dinner and setting was outstanding my only complaint was I had to get up and asked to have our water glasses refilled, once our server brought our dinner he forgot about us as we were sitting in a corner outside by the fireplace. Lastly after looking at us numerous times I had to go find him to pay our bill which cost him some of his tip.
City Hall is my home away from home! Customer service is the best! Love everyone that works there!
4.5 Stars. Would have been 5 , but the following just happened: I just have a presentation to a Big group. Obviously the bill was pretty hefty. On top of that , we had drinks at the bar before and I had them transferred to the Big tab for the group so I felt for the bartender so I gave him $30 tip to make up the difference. I came up to the bar after my group event and decided to have a single cocktail. Me and my wife like to go to Scottsdale once or twice a year and we always have to go see them at Mastro’s City Hall. Fantastic food and staff. We are from Nebraska and just love when we can make a trip there
