We have been coming to Mastro’s for our special occasions for years. I ordered my filet medium and it came out very well done. It was actually burnt on the outside even. Our waiter took it back and I waited 20 min for them to bring me a new one which was done medium well. I was starving so I said it was ok and ate it anyway. They apologized, but it was a long wait for a new one and they did nothing else to make up for it.
