Service is dismissive, does not care about their customers, is clearly overwhelmed and doesnt have the skill to diagnose vehicle issues. After something like 5 months of having my car, they did not address my concern. I would never buy another Subaru knowing the available service is so disgraceful.

Someone struck my car back on 9, February 2022. The vehicle was held up for almost a year because of Body shop mix up and supply chain issues. Zach at Subaru North Orlando was amazing. He went above and beyond and he took care of me from day one, until day 365. I would absolutely recommend Subaru North Orlando.
I purchase my 2009 SUBARU Forester from Mastro in 2008and have had all my service done by them for nine years. This week I went in for service and computer diagnosis shown extensive repair necessary. Upon checking that parts were in I agreed for the service for $1700.00. When I was told work was complete,I went to pick up the car and was presented with a bill for over $2700.00. I Called Mrs. G**** to apologize that I was not available that morning to address this and she understood. After speaking with her she said it meant a lot to her that I called and was going to update her review. I guess that never happened. She Explained that we have provided great service over the past 9 years and could not believe what had happened. Fantastic buying experience on a Subaru that had to be ordered. From interactions with other dealers I was truly waiting for something bad to happen with either the purchase price (the numbers on the worksheet and our handshake agreement was still valid 2 weeks later) , my trade in (no issue), or with the F&I guy (Ray was excellent), SOMETHING, because the process was too easy.
