My experience was great! Buying a new car can be stressful. Chris was in constant communication with me throughout the entire process and made me feel comfortable and confident. Kevin was efficient and answered all of my questions about the paperwork and final purchase. I did a good deal of research before making my decision and it paid off! It was well worth the out-of-state trip to get there and drive home in a 2025 VW Tiguan SEL R-line. I highly recommend Antwerpen Volkswagen! It is a gem!

This was a really great experience. Reggie in particular was very helpful and kept his promise of fixing our vehicle in a timely manner.
Car battery died less than 3 weeks in and the heat is a problem as well. I reached our 30 day warranty is worthless and I’m left to make the repairs myself

Did not like the fact that they added items to the car (Lujack, Prime Protect) on top of the advertised price, which I did not ask for, or want. And when asked about the tax and fees, could not explain how the number was calculated. The salesman (Mark) was a very nice guy and I would recommend him, not so sure about the dealer.

Felt honest upfront and not pushy. Sam was great, and actually listened to us, which made all the difference.

Scheduled a service appointment on line for an oil change and fluid replacement. I had used Lea VW for service for my 2016 Tiguan before and had always found the service department to be very friendly and reliable. Last couple of years I used a non-dealer service company and I had not been happy with how my car was serviced. Chris is unprofessional and dishonest. He couldn't answer questions about the car I asked, he brushed my questions off. He also did not try to find out answers. Told me what I needed and what I did not. Those should not be determined by him. He did not disclose all the cost that was associated with my purchase. Overall, terrible experience with Chris.
