HORRIBLE experience BEDBUGS NO VENTILATION INTERCOM NEVER WORKED NO SECURITY
I have never seen like this worse renters . They never maintain the property and they add more money every year. I wish I give to them 0 star.
Great service leaves me with peace of mind. Mastre Property Management takes care of virtually everything over the past 13 years, which is very important to me as I am half way around the globe from my property. Thanks for the great service.
I rented a place quite easily from them. The problems started when I moved out. The landlord sold the property. The admin staff or whoever answers emails is VERY rude. I asked questions about time frames and she went on a rant about being in business for 35 years when I just wanted clarification. It seems like when you are leaving they are just not wanting to help you or discuss anything. I would not rent from them again.
