The people in this company are stellar. Specially working with Delight and Eric has been a dream. So detailed and always on top of things. I would recommend Beacon to any consultant or client for their staffing needs. They are so thorough. I have worked with a lot of recruiting companies in my team but these guys top that list

Todd M. the owner is disrespectful and all around a man-child. At his age he should be more mature and not condescending when interacting with people. Others may not feel they're in a position to speak up since they're dependent on a paycheck from you. Can't say enough positive things about everyone else I've encountered here, its just Todd that's not worthy of your business.
