Our car started experiencing problems while on vacation so we took it to the local automotive parts store to get it tested and found out the alternator was going bad. The store recommended MasterWorks. Our car became disabled that evening but we called MasterWorks at 8:30am and had our car towed there. The owner replaced the alternator and it was ready to be picked up by 3:30pm that afternoon. They did a great job, charged a reasonable price and were so accommodating to our situation. Susan and Lyle are truly amazing. I had an issue with my car where the temperature gauge was going haywire and I took it to two mechanics in Harrisonburg, neither of them could figure out what the issue was. I decided to take it to MasterWorks and Lyle was able to diagnose the issue and fix it the same day! I wish I discovered the shop a LOT sooner.
