Terrible experience, had my tax docs in their hand for over a month. On April 1st 2026 I recieved this notice along with my docs back. What kind of tax place is this? They are business taxes that need to be done. A filing separate from spouse. This is crazy. Less then 15 days to get them done. Never been late yet. Unfortunately had similar experiences as others, very non responsive and even filed our taxes in the wrong state than where we were residing at the time, spelled our names wrong on the initial form for filing, took multiple follow ups to hear back, and wouldnt respond to us asking if we owed taxes to another state; all they said was "everything has been filed"...come to find out ,we DID owe taxes and we owed a late fee on top of it since they couldn't be bothered to answer our question.
