They are completely overwhelmed with the amount of work they take on. They will make mistakes and have no sense of urgency in correcting them.
I have had my taxes prepared here for many years because of a family recommendation. I will not be going back here after my recent experiences though. They are almost completely unresponsive to emails and phone calls. They rarely pick up the phone, and many times their answering machine is full so I can't even leave a message.
