They are completely overwhelmed with the amount of work they take on. They will make mistakes and have no sense of urgency in correcting them.
I have had my taxes prepared here for many years because of a family recommendation. I will not be going back here after my recent experiences though. They are almost completely unresponsive to emails and phone calls. They rarely pick up the phone, and many times their answering machine is full so I can't even leave a message. Even when I do leave a message, they do not return calls. I have sent numerous emails and rarely ever get a response back on any of them. If I could leave a negative star I would! I hate to leave a negative review, but this company does not respond to their clients! I had my taxes prepared in February and they needed additional documents. I emailed them the following day and no response. I left a voicemail and emailed, still no response. I called back again, and they said it was ready and I could come pick them up. Sue said the previous year I missed a credit and she'd do an amendment for me. Great, I thought!
