Excellent Veterinary Hospital – I am on my way to bring one of my cats, who was MIA for 12 days.....looks like his tail will need to be amputated. 6 years ago, this same cat was as close to death as he could be. The veterinarians at Masterson Animal Clinic saved his life when it really was most likely impossible. My father (deceased) was a small animal vet for over 50 years and was considered one of the VERY BEST by 1,000s of people. Great Vet Clinic – These guys have been great with our cats. They will often call to follow up and make sure that they are doing ok if they've been sick. When our kitten had a respiratory infection, they gave us lots of affordable treatment options and good sound advice. They were never pushy and never did they make me feel uncomfortable. Dr. Bridgham let my 2 small boys look at our cats ear mites under the microscope which is something they still talk about. Great Pet Care – I have taken my large breed dog to this clinic for almost 3 years. They have vet services, bathing, and boarding all on-site. The staff is very friendly. A few of them recognize my dog by sight, and have even called to her from the parking lot as we are pulling in. They are so caring, when my friend's dog passed away, they made a home visit to help her determine how to lay the dog to rest. I have been very pleased!
it's ok – I took my girlfriend's dog there, and while I was there there was rude debate over taking a stray. I understand that it is a burden to take stays, but the situation put a bitter taste in my mouth. Other than that, I just didn't like that there was no one to greet me when I walked in, however there is typically someone there within minutes of the doorbell chiming. Caring Doctors – my puppy loves to visit. They were genuine and caring. Willing to answer all of my questions despite how busy they were. I trust both vets completely to provide high quality care.
Great Animal Care – My animals love going to see the Drs. at this facility. They staff is warm and caring. They are friendly to the animals as well as the owners. The on-site boarding facility makes it convenient for boarding and making sure your pet is well taken care of.
ARE YOU SERIOUS?? – I have personally been there, and feel that there is a pushy additude to buy things. Also I have friends that have been yelled at because they told the assistant how much they had, and were yelled at by the doctor when the doctor went ahead and did a bunch of tests. Also if you saw on the news, the Masterson Animal Clinic was the site of a carbon monoxide scare during the recent winter storm for running a generator in a basement.
