Caveat Emptor (google it if you need a translation). A sleazy operation; will give you ice in the winter and heat in the summer. Properties are filthy and smell awful. Only a desperate vagrant would stay at any of their properties.
We had a terrible experience with these guys. Don't use them.
The guys at Masters Reality have been managing my property for the past 4 years, they have gotten me the best Tennants and best rents. Alex and Ryan have taken care of all aspects of the property and I havent had to deal with any maintenance issues, they have taken care of everything. I would highly recommend them!
