The young lady working the counter here is so friendly and so sweet, amazing costumer service! I wish she had been wearing a name tag so I could mention her name.
Have very few things that I dry clean so I don’t check to make sure everything is there when I pick up. Just realized that a very expensive cashmere sweater I had dry cleaned was not in my order when I picked it up. I know that one of my friends also had his wedding tux dry cleaned here and they completely lost it and they only offered him $100 for the inconvenience on that. Be sure the check that you have everything you dropped off before leaving.
