The fabric now smells like tobacco. They didnt get out a large stain either.
I have taken 3 comforters to here and they have all been messed up. I just picked up a comforter today and it was messed up. This does not make sense. If you can’t dry clean a comforter it would be best to just tell the customer it can’t be done.

Wanted to post to review and say that this cleaners does it great job, I haven’t been using them for that long, but everything I have received back has been the way I wanted it, including heavy starch on my shirts and also pressed correctly. The problem I have at this cleaners it’s filthy. Let’s start with the outside when you park your car and you walk in you’re walking through tons of half smoked cigarette butts all over the ground.
