the room smells like weed...there is a small step that goes into the bathroom that you can't see until you stub your toes on it...TV reception is horrible...couldn't figure out how to turn off the hot water in the shower. The desk clerk was nice tho.
Rooms are filthy and full of roaches
I'm not even there yet and its been horrible! They emailed me telling me my card was declined. I booked another room. Masters Inn charged me anyway. I was able to cancel with the other hotel, thankfully with no penalty. Then she calls back to tell us our King size room isnt avaliable and we were getting two double beds! I HAVEN'T EVEN CHECKED IN YET!
Sketchy area! A lot of “residents”. Sign in reception saying that guests cannot take furniture out of the rooms, but quite a few people sitting outside on the rooms chairs... We double locked our vehicles! Only gained the 1 stars as the room was clean but old & dated although thankfully it did have a laminate floor, as I think carpets may have been a bit too scary. The upholstered chair in the room was filthy. The refrigerator was a full size one that didn’t open very far because of the bed. No shampoo in the room only soap.... read more
I have stayed in third world countries nicer than this. I almost threw up just looking at this room and needless to say we did not stay. Their website is false advertising and they also jacked up the room right to $200 on a football game night. It looks like a crack motel. Do not stay here. It is so disgusting. Don't do it!!!
This is the worst hotel I have ever been in, asked for a refund but they told me no. No pool, ice machine broken, no fitted sheets on the beds, mattresses are filthy , room is filthy, molding falling off the wall revealing mold, piece of the flooring cut out from under the beds. Soda machine is broken. It's a health hazard. I will be calling the health department, Better Business Bureau, and yelp....
