It has been a nightmare trying to fix issues with Master Homes because they never pick up my phone calls & takes a long time for them to respond back via email. Been waiting over 2 weeks for a response via email about our shower enclosure cracking & our backyard still holding water all over the yard weeks after a rain. The backyard isn't sloped/graded properly & water also rises so quick it floods our back patio & almost comes into the door entrance. This is unacceptable for a newly built house to have major drainage issues.... read more
