At Master’s Hand Dental they all are very professional. Their service is excellent. Dr. Robert Koons is a very knowledgeable and a caring doctor. My husband and I have both had feelings and crowns done, and never a single pain or problem. He is also very knowledgeable on doing veneers. He has given me a smile that I have never had before. I’ve been going to Master’s Hand Dental for over 4 years. The entire staff and Dr. Koons have been wonderful. Being 68 I was sure I would never have the beautiful smile I always wanted as I had very crooked teeth and told it was too late for braces. Dr. Koons convinced me that I could do braces and I started the process with Invisalign and now I have very straight teeth and a beautiful smile. Dr. Koons and staff do not give up on you and constantly encouraged me along the way. You couldn’t find a better dentist.

I love these people. Found them when we first moved to Plano in 2912, then found out my Insurance didn’t have them in their whatever. Have tried so many other since, then found out my new insurance had them in theirs. Happy finally
