We have been using Master's for a few years now. We switched from Sierra Springs and we couldn't be happier!! We have 2 hot and cold dispensers (since we are a business). They are very courteous and prompt with service. Very friendly weather you are calling the office or dealing with the technician for service. They never make you feel like you are not enough. I have been with Master's for almost a year now. I have the hot/cold dispenser so grandma can make her coffee in the morning without burning herself. Their employees are very nice and helpful, too. Prompt delivery, reasonable rates and even adjust your order the day before. Thank you Master's for your excellent service.
