My mother dropped her dog off for nail trimming. She received a call that they could not trim the nails. My mother picked the dog up and noticed the whites of her eyes were blood red. She immediately took the dog to the veterinarian. The blood red eyes were a result of trauma. The veterinarian clipped the dogs nails without tying her up or holding her down. He said there was no problem and she offered her paws upon request. A few years ago my mother was asked to pick up her other dog from the kennel due to explosive diarrhea... read more

Business response:

Our grooming policy states that if grooming puts the dogs in danger that we will not do the grooming. The dog became stressed out when put on the table and for the dogs safety we did not groom the dog.

I use to take my dog there all the time. I quit because going there because every time I go there a new issue arises. Now I must get my dog a flu shot to be groomed? What kind of racket is that? I don’t even get myself a flu shot. 89 million dog in 2017. There have been 2000 confirmed dog flu cases nation wide. Not to mention increase prices all around. There are cheaper better groomers.

Business response:

Flu spreads differently and is different in dogs than in humans. We require bordetella to do bath and nails. The vaccine policy is in place to protect your pet as much as everyone elses that uses Masters. I apologize that you were displeased.

The only place in bowling green I will take my pup! Megan is wonderful and goes out of her way to assure that her customers are comfortable and can trust her with their dogs.
