I wanted to rent an apartment from these people as they are very nice but the management staff are very disorganized and rude. Every time I called I received a different move in date and the price for rent kept changing. When asked for explanation Katie got very defensive and since then we haven't received a return call.
The Masters Apartments in Valparaiso are gorgeous and fairly new! I think they are the best apartments in Valparaiso for the affordable price! They are also income-based which is fabulous!
