Update: I was able to talk with the team, and resolve the issue. While the situation was not ideal, I appreciate the dedication the team made to rectify my situation. Due to a leak in my home, this team came to pack up our personal belongings. At first, I was impressed with the efficiency and attention to detail in labeling everything in the boxes. Fast forward getting the items back into my home.
