I took all three of my kids here and it was pretty great! The staff is friendly and patient and Dr. Brown give the info needed for the parent to decide the route for treatment.
Great experience with my two littles! Everyone in the office was sweet and helpful in entertaining my kids while I finished paperwork. I also appreciated the information and education I gained from Dr. Brown about my daughter’s lip tie. They sent as away with prizes and balloons!
I called the office to schedule a new patient exam but they were not open, so I went ahead and left a detailed message along with my contact number. That was 3 weeks ago and no one ever reached out to me. I went ahead and found another practice who actually returns voice messages.
Absolutely wonderful staff! Caring, informative and made sure I was comfortable at all times. Answered all questions and made sure I understood everything. There is soft music playing and a tv display with tropical fish in the room that helps you stay relaxed. Great experience all around.
