I am so grateful to have selected Masterpiece Parke Apartment. This is one of the quietest small community and the apartment itself is so clean and well kept. I appreciate the apartment manager Anna for being straight forward and concise when it comes to explaining the process of being accepted as a tenant. She was very clear on the fact that this place gets filled up pretty fast with applicants and to properly to secure a spot is by putting down a down payment as soon as possible. I attended a double birthday party here today, 6-29-2024. My son Raymond lives here. It was for his little granddaughter and for his grandson. We all had a wonderful day

They are horrible to deal with. I did a walk through at the end of my lease with the manager they said it was “move in ready and in perfect condition”. The manager also stated I would not have any problems getting my full security deposit back. After moving out I was sent a huge bill I attached many pictures when we moved in stating I was not the reason for these issues. They told me to pay or they would ruin my credit and send me to collections. They take your full security deposit and refuse to talk to you.
