I moved here from Texas and did everything over the phone/email and Anna was the best throughout the whole thing! Now that I'm settled in and have been here for a few months, her attentiveness and quality work has not decreased at all! I love this complex and am so grateful Anna made this whole thing so easy.

Beautiful apartment complex very clean and in a good area. Most importantly I had a very great experience with the property manager Anna. She was very knowledgeable, professional and kind. She has created a welcoming atmosphere and environment for sure.

Beautiful complex. Highly overpriced. Unfortunately, like the majority of housing in California, things are wildly overpriced. The outside aesthetic is what makes this place special. However, the interiors of the actual apartments are fairly basic. I expect more for the price. The low rating is due to high prices, basic interior decor and the fact that even when you pay $2k+ you aren’t allowed to have ANY pets. Most people have animals. Not allowing any room for negotiation is wild. Obviously pets can be destructive for rent... read more

I am so grateful to have selected Masterpiece Parke Apartment. This is one of the quietest small community and the apartment itself is so clean and well kept. I appreciate the apartment manager Anna for being straight forward and concise when it comes to explaining the process of being accepted as a tenant. She was very clear on the fact that this place gets filled up pretty fast with applicants and to properly to secure a spot is by putting down a down payment as soon as possible.
