RecommendedI bought an engagement ring online and the setting was not 14k gold. I called masterpiece jewelers if they could test the gem and band for me. They were so sweet and willing to help. Came in today and they were SO patient with me trying to find a new setting. They have such a huge selection and I found a gorgeous setting in my price range. They had everything in stock and will have my ring ready in less than a week! They are such life savors!! I'm so glad I found them and will definitely be doing more business with them!!!!

The staff is thoughtful, courteous and accommodating. Never pushy. They have a surprising selection of lovely pieces. Everything was sanitized and everyone wore masks. Comforting to know I could shop in peace and safety in this uncertain time in which we now find ourselves. I found their pricing to be very fair. I definitely would recommend this lovely shop.

There is nothing that I can see that needs to be improved. Your staff you have is one that you both can be proud of. Theresa waited on me today, when I got to your store. I have had my grandmother’s anniversary ring for the past 19 years. My engagement ring was made with three of those diamonds & I have wanted to design another ring to use the remainder. I’ve been to multiple jewelers and never felt comfortable leaving my ring with any of them to design something for me.
