I thought that I had to buy a new pendant chain because I had too much difficulty opening and closing the tiny latch on mine. Teresa suggested a magnet. It works like a charm and saved me from having to buy another chain. So naturally, I'm going back next week to have the same thing done to another chain. It is just such a pleasure shopping there. The owners are simply amazing! Just so kind and caring about their customers. I picked up my wedding rings after having them resized and rhodium plated! They look just as pretty as when I first got them!!

The women are very nice and dont mind taking the time to make sure you get what you want or need and there store is real clean
The store is beautiful and jewelry display is amazing. There is something for everyone and layaway is available. Even if you live out of state go to website call them and they will work with you. You can put things on layaway even if you live in Alaska.
Highly recommend! Everyone is wonderful to work with!!

What an awesome experience at masterpiece Jewelers! Teresa was pleasant and efficient in helping me with all of my jewelry questions. She was able to repair my daughter’s necklace and clean both of their sets of earrings. Their service was great!
