This job started with a stump removal. Jay Gomez then presented an incredible idea for my backyard. The job was completed and his crew of workers were very professional and they did excellent work. I e-mailed in mid-storm hoping to get a tree removed before it fell and caused major damage and within 5 minutes of my email I got a call to schedule a time to check out the tree and provide a quote. Within 20 minutes of the call the owner, Jay, stopped by to check on my emergency. By 3:00pm the same day the tree was gone, no mess on site, and Jay and crew were beyond professional and friendly. Most importantly, the price did not break my pocket! Would definitely recommend to others and obtain additional services.
They just competed a job for me in downtown Boston (6/2015). Reasonably price for pruning and cutting a large trunk down to base. Also cut into firewood for me. I would highly recommend. The pruning and reshaping of a birch tree was well done.

We recently had three trees taken down and removed from our property in Arlington by Masterpiece Construction. This entailed the removal of a massive, diseased tree that was not only close to our house, but had some equally massive branches that posed a threat to neighboring homes as well. Last fall I discovered I needed to have two ancient oaks felled because they were threatening an 80 foot stone wall that went from 7-15 ft high. Masterpiece was the only company who returned my call with 24 hours, and appeared for a site visit within 2 days. We had been looking for someone to cut 2 of our trees for a while. We got some insane quotes over the past months. Finally we ran across Jay by search engine. He came out the same day for estimate.
