I do not think I can say enough good things about Masterpiece Air Conditioning! Came home to a hot house after work, they diagnosed the multiple issues with the unit and had the old AC working as it should. Literal life saver in the middle of July especially with an infant at home! Alex and Stan are stand up guys, previous AC tech only cleaned the AC coils. The air exchanger coils were filthy. I got home from work this morning to find my AC had gone out. We have had a rough couple of months and I was tired and sad for one more thing to go wrong. Called Masterpiece Air but he couldn't make it till tomorrow. Frustrated, I tried another place but when they couldn't make it until tomorrow either I gave in and booked with Alex for tomorrow as I figured I'd rather use someone I know and trust. Stan is the man! I was having issues with my nest thermostat. He came out right away and was able to fix the issue with no problem. He also gave me some pointers for my a/c unit going into the spring/summer. Thanks to Stan and Masterpiece AC! I will definitely recommend to anyone looking for an honest, fair priced a/c guy!

Both our ACs went out the same 114F day. Alex was able to come within hours even though it was 8pm and he had been working all day. He is honest and very competent. He replaced the cap and figured out that the compressor was overheated when it would not come one. He water-cooled the compressor and got it working instead of telling us we needed a new one.
