Haik from Mastermind Heating and Air was amazing. He came to my rescue when my AC broke. He arrived 15 minutes after I called, figured the problem out and replaced the part all under 45 minutes! Very reasonable, with no price gouging. He was so nice, explained everything well. I’m very hard of hearing so I really struggle with communication. I only had to tell him this once and he made sure I understood everything. Haik was an absolute godsend. My Grandkids were about to be dropped off as my daughter was about to start work.... read more
