Fast and easy work, the whole process took less than a week! They installed and had everything working in one day.
Appointment was easy to schedule. The technician, Devan, arrived promptly and was calm and courteous. He did a great job replacing a screeching fan motor and the unit is quietly cooling nicely again, during the hottest days of summer.
Devin was very thorough checking my Ac unit and vents. He worked in over 100 degree weather without rushing . He was helpful and nice.
Shout out to Mastermind Air and Plumbing for the quick work on my leaking toilet! Water seeping from the base is never fun, but a quick cleanup, wax ring replacement and viola. The little extra of sealing the ungrouted tile (gotta love Pulte homes, or not) beneath the toilet base was much appreciated. Thanks Grant and Alex!
