I went there with a group of friends a few days ago and had a really fun experience. We had no problems with booking, even though we had to change the time the last minute. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. The room is well-designed with a bunch of interesting puzzles, even though there were a few times when we were kind of stuck, the game masters were there to help when we needed them. Over all, it was great, fun thing to do, and i would definitely be going back to check out other rooms. :)
Had a blast at this location!! Definitely challenges you and it was really cool working with strangers toward a common goal. The staff was helpful and nice. Would definitely recommend and will be making another visit!!
Absolutely terrible. Had family in town booked a room for Christmas gift in December. Confirmed with John management last week. Found child care and had the family drive 1.5 hours to get to the place for our appointment. They then said that our room was not open yet and wouldn't be open for a few weeks. They then said they could put us in a room 1.5 hours after our appointment time with 10 other people we didn't know but it would have to be ok with them because the max would be 12 people and we had 6. No stars from me. It only shows 1 star because I had to choose 1 to proceed. We will not be going to this location again! The Game Master dude that was supposed to give us some clues was not paying attention to us . There were 10 people put in a small room to solve a whole bunch of clues. Very disappointed!!

Excellent challenge for those that think we know it all
Went there yesterday with a bunch of teenagers and had a great time. Puzzles were hard but not too hard. Staff was great. We plan in going back there.
A great experience with a group of friends. Even though we didn't make it out we had a blast! Great staff and very organized. Can't wait to go back!
