i do not recommend mastercuts when i walked in no one walked up and greeted me and finally when someone walked up she was very rude and rough on my eyebrows and made my brow bleed and she got the wax all over me and it was not good customer service , im not mentioning names but i did call corporate so she should be hearing about it in a few days !
Not at all, sorry but can not recommend this place. I have to go elsewhere to get my haircut done right. All I asked for was a trim and oh boy, I’m not sure the lady knew what she was doing. This is my personal experience. Maybe it works for other people but it sure didn’t work for me, literally uneven and choppy 😡 NOT HAPPY NOR SATISFIED!
Your employees need to learn more about customer service. I was very disappointed when i took my daughter in for a haircut at imperial valley mall the stylist did not cut my daughter's hair like i waited and when i spoke to the manager she was very rude to me. not going there again and not recommending anyone there either.
We had a wonderful experience at mastercuts Jen and Jessica helped us Jen made my sons hair look great and made him feel comfortable and Jessica cut my hair my wifes and my 6year old she did a great job very nice i dont have any complaints they both did a wonderful job
I always ask for Jen she is the best! Always does a great job and really cares about the customer. Keep up the great work Jen! The whole staff is great and it's always well organized and clean in the store! Highly recommend MasterCuts for all!!
Today was the first day I had Jennifer as my stylist, and man she was amazing! Held a great and comfortable conversation. Felt like we already knew each other and not to mention an awesome haircut. Always recommend this place to friends. Its friendly, quick walk ins, and always satisfied. Thanks Jennifer, hopefully get you next time!
Reyna is a very knowledgeable and professional. She did a great job on my hair as well as my daughter's.
