I went to this place to dye my hair, I wanted a specific styled and the lady didn’t even do close of what I wanted I wanted the ombré type and it’s not even and there’s huge parts that are still black so it looks really bad. My son had his hair cut today and I understand he is young but he was really good and didn’t move that bad. This is unacceptable. The stylist kept pushing it to the side to cover it up. Will never return.
Based on my attempt to make an appointment, I’d give it zero stars. Could not even get someone to answer the phone at 1:20 in the afternoon. And I called several times and let it ring for several minutes each time.
I showed Nicole what I wanted, she said she could it; it was a total fail.
Isabel is great! So happy to have found her. My hair always looks great when she does it!
