My Daughter came in for a trim 3 inches were cut off. ok, no problem there. HOWEVER it looks like her 8 year old brother did it! It's so uneven! There are longer CHUNkS and short spots. What happened???

There was a lady who faded my hair today and didnt even do a proper fade in the back, and also cut me up really really bad. Left my neck bleeding and is just now healing up but still burns like crazy.
