I wish Zero stars was an option. DO NOT go to ERICA. Short girl with a star tattoo on her neck. My mom Went in for a cut. Since when do hairstylist et customers walk out looking like a wet dog. And when asked to blow dry THATS ALL SHE DID! No product, no curl.
If I could give it zero stars I would have. Will never ever come back here. One stylist completely butchered my daughters hair and the one that "fixed" it for her was less than friendly, never apologized for the mistake of the other stylist. Also made me sign a receipt that looked like a refund receipt but never offered a refund. I would advise everyone to stay away from this place.
Since when did you have to start making appts? Got there before the gate even opened, was first in line @ 10 am & was told it will be around 1 pm before I could get a haircut. I'll be taking my business elsewhere!
