Made an appointment online and agreed to their cancellation policy. I understand because It is rude to cancel without notice. Got to the salon waited about 10 minutes to be told they are short handed, closing early and have no time to honor my appointment. The stylist told me she doesn’t even have internet. What was that you said about rude? I will Never go there again
My child had tangles for days, thanks to Sarah the bird nest/beehive is gone. She is truly a miracle worker.

We just went here to get our 4 year olds hair cut, my child was wincing in pain, because the stylist Albert was squeezing his head. He left red marks all over his neck and the cape was so tight it left marks as well! Was upset he showed little to no remorse I was upset !
Matthew cut my two year olds hair today (God bless him) with all the wiggling and everything else that comes with a toddler he did an AMAZING job!!
Aaron is the best! He always does a great job at cutting my hair. My family and friends go to him for haircuts and they all say he does a great job.
Thanks to the wacky job I had I now have to go short on my hair so I don't have a huge hole where it should of been a bob. Yall need to make sure your cosmology people are well trained.
