I took my daughter in for a cut and highlights for her homecoming, We had Anisha she was so awesome, friendly and curteous she went out of her way to actually put a headband that we had just baught in my daughter's hair and did a hair style, to make her first homecoming dance extra special.... that was my daughter's first salon experience and I have to say I'm glad I chose master cuts over Regis... Thank you Anisha and master cuts.. Will be taking her there from now on..
I made an appointment this morning for 6pm this evening with Claudia I believe. I got there a few minutes early. I let the lady working the front know I was there for an appointment and she said she'd let Claudia know. Fast forward to 6:25 and the lady working at the front told me that she still wasn't there. I had a very bad cut from here but went back in the next day to be fixed and another stylist fixed it but still am afraid to get my hair cut cause I'm stuck with what I didn't want
I love this place! I love ms Gigi ! She does wonder works with eyebrows/hair and hair color!
This girl messed up my hair then she acted like it was curling up and left a long piece to cover it
Awful experience very particular with my hair. I came in yesterday (June 11th) for a "trim" the length of my hair was mid back where a bra strap would be and there was 2inches cut off. It's taken me so long to get my hair at the length that it was. I will never come here again, very unsatisfied customer.
