Jax is the best. She cuts mine my fiance and my 1 year old son. Yes he gets crazy but she's very good with him and handles it amazing. I'd recommend her to everyone.
Had a 130 appointment for cut and color. Get there and they only have me down for a cut. Was told to bad your not getting your hair colored so you can leave. What kind of customer service is that?
I Took my daughter in for a trim/color and the stylist Jasmine completely messed up my daughters hair to the point she came home in tears! When my son and daughter in law questioned Jasmine before they left the mall about it she stated “theirs nothing I can do about it”. No offer by her to correct her mistakes! After my daughter arrived home I immediately called asking to speak to the manager on duty..well who do think that would have been?? So I asked to speak with her boss! went to go get my hair cut and the girl who cut my hair when she said do u wnt it cut here I said yeah that's fine.it was the length I wnted it but when she got to the front of my face my hair was to my shoulders and that's no where near where she had her fingers. I was upset but hair can grow back. but it wasn't worth what I spent my money on for me and my daughter it was 46 bucks. and let me tell you my hair was to my hips be4 she cut it. and when I got home to straighten it I found where she didnt cut it all the same leng... read more
