Will never go there again for 23 bucks its the worst haircut ive ever got she just kept cutting it off when i said only so much n then on top of it said if she would layer the sides it would make it even shorter how u go in with hair to almost ur waist n come out with it to above ur shoulders n said only take 2 to 3 inchs off is beyond me i could of went to the beauty school n they done a better job key thing is to cut some off n if need to take more off u can u CANT PUT IT BACK ON. Worst haircut I've ever had. I had to come home and have my husband try and fix my hair. I will never go back. I showed the girl a picture of what I wanted and asked if she could do it. She said she could. When it was cut and dried, I asked for it shorter because that is what I originally asked for. The end result is it looks like she took a weed Wacker to my hair. Horrible experience.

Showed up today for my Daughter's first haircut. We walked in at the 1130 appointment time and were informed that the stylist had called off. We were not offered any alternative, only "well, I'm the only one here so...." Yeah, so. So much for any semblance of customer service. With businesses like this occupying space, it's no wonder the chambersburg mall is in the shape it's in.
Went there yesterday and initially loved my haircut until I got home and saw how uneven my layers are. One side is longer than the other in many spots and there are ends that are not clean. She also told me it would not cost to have something extra put in my hair and at checkout I saw an extra $3 put on the total. I will not go there again.
I have been seeing Tammy for around 5 or 6 years... she's the best!
