had an appointment scheduled yesterday for 11:15 with phone confirming I will be there. when I got there 1 minute late due to traffic the green hair girl said to me that the stylist cannot take me and I have to reschedule. I asked her what time was the other person appointment and got an answer "Doesn't better" I would never be going there again.
This is the second time mastercuts gave me a cut from giving me a eyebrow wax. Still waiting for an explanation or a call back from the manager as to why and how this happens with a simple eye brow wax.
All of the staff was very friendly. I got a nice cut and color done. It took little longer than usual,I believe my stylist was new. She still did a great job and when needed the other worker jumped right in and assisted.
I just went and got my hair colored and I loved it. I have a really dark hair color and it's hard to get my hair done because the color doesn't always stick. I had Erica she was amazing she went through everything, asked me questions to make sure and was so nice. It took a long time and she didn't even make me feel bad that it was so late I will definitely be coming back!
Devon has been my hair stylist for almost four years and I absolutely love and trust her with my hair! The atmosphere is awesome and it's all thanks to the wonderful ladies that work there. They ALWAYS make me feel so welcomed! Everyone is extremely professional and fun! Thanks Devon for my recent color and cut! I love it!
I get my hair cut by Yanna, it's probably the best cut I've ever had. I get a lot of compliments on it and with my baby fine hair I'm not used to that, she really understands my hair. I love her!! I went in recently and they told me she was gone... I thought they meant she didn't work there any and my heart sank. Thankfully they only meant she was gone for the day. Lol
