RecommendedI don't get my hair done often, but when I do this place is great. They are very friendly and have actually seen a great stylist that listens to me here (Jesse). I have been through a lot of stylists, but I feel like she really listens and is great with coming up with things when I have no idea what I want! The wait is always good, so I can walk in anytime.
If you want you hair to look like this then this is the place to go the girl that cut my hair literally cussed in every sentence made fun of everyone that walked by and i had to go somewhere else to go get my hair fixed and when i asked to talk to a manager her response was there wasnt one and then i asked for the corporate number she literally hung up on me so ill be up there tomorrow for my money back and and the money to that i had to pay someone else to fix my hair

The lady who cut my hair was wonderful and only took less than I asked to take off! It looks great
I have brought my son her for years and now this is the first time I've had to wait for anyone to even show up!! A note was left they would be back at 6 and 30 minutes later still a no show!! I even called to see how long the wait was and was told 30 minutes and asked if i wanted to make an appt! So I did for 6 and still nobody! Very very very unprofessional!!
I love MasterCuts. So far every one who has cut my hair has done a excellent job.
