I started coming to Master Cuts a little over a month ago. I was unsatisfied with my previous service at Bella's because I felt I was not getting the service I asked for, but once I came here to see Heather she made more progress on me going blonde than 3 sessions at Bella. It is also a plus that the pricing is mire affordable and I get fantastic service!
It took them 15 minutes to get me in a chair after I made an appointment. The lady didn’t cut my hair the way I wanted it. I asked for it to be thinned out and I’m not sure what she did. Disappointing! Now I don’t want to wear my hair down!
I had an amazing experience with Tiffany here. Yesterday, I came in with an emergency: I have a professional photo shoot next week, and my hair was half bleach blonde and half dark brown, the result of an overgrown dye job. She helped me find a cut and color that is just perfect for me. I couldn't be happier with the work she did - and my blonde had even tried to go orange and she got it to a beautiful, radiant red. I think I've found the salon for me.
My daughter and I have been looking for a different salon 💇 and these ladies did such a great job on our hair cuts we will be returning. We are so satisfied
Abby was amazing!!! She did a wonderful job on my cut especially since it was a lot of hair to cut. Thank you for helping me with saving the hair by giving me a bag to take it home with me.
