I had a wonderful experience at this salon .The lady that cut my hair did it just as I ask and was very nice and helpful to me .My daughter also got her haircut there and loves it . I have nothing but good things to say about this salon .
Very poor service daughter went in and got over 10", which should of been a fun day, No! She just wanted a shoulder straight cut and left with a very layered short cut! Super Poor service and she giggled when she realized what she did. Her name was Taylor. And if a girl comes in who has not had her hair cut short in a very long time, take some time and communicate with the client.
I have got my hair cut here 2 times and both times sucked. Super choppy and uneven and had to go else where to get it fixed. My sister also got her hair cut here and told the lady she didn't want her hair shorter than her boobs and it's now barely an inch past her shoulders.
