$28 and change for a trim, no shampoo, nothing else? Way more than expected. Pricing online states starting at $15.95 for an adult shampoo and cut. This is what I paid 6 months ago. Shouldn't have gone up that much even with the extra $4 for 'covid sanitation'. I won't return. Too expensive for what I got.

I took my husband down to get his hair cut today and while I was waiting for him, I saw two different ladies leaving the shop with absolutely beautiful haircuts! My compliments to the styleists!

I just got my hair colored yesterday and it turned out horrific!!! I hate it SO SO SO much!!! I told them I wanted a brown shadow root and then the lady(I won't name her) said it would be brown with just a hint if purple, which I was ok with, but it turned out really purple, no brown whatsoever!!! I should have never tipped her... But I'm too nice of a person, I will never go to the person that did it again...my friend went with me and had hers done as well, and hers turned out phenomenal, very nice....but mine, oh hell no!!... read more
