One of your stylists cut off a large section of my hair towards the front of my face. I didn't ask for bangs. Now I have to pay someone else to fix the damage done. Your stylist's excuse was that she was cold. I've spent years growing out my hair and I guess I'll have to do it again.
My daughters hair looks nothing like the Bob in the picture that my husband showed the girl! Never again will I go here!
They are Awesome !!!! Have been going there for years.
